Complete Beginner to Pilates requires a 1:1 Introduction session prior to joining a class, please contact Chloe for details. Complete a Health Questionnaire and return it to Chloe prior to booking your class. Pregnancy Pilates…minimum 14 weeks pregnant and verbal OK from Midwife or GP to take part in the class. Postnatal Pilates….6-week P/N health check completed by Midwife or GP and the OK from them to return to exercise. Your baby can be up to 6 months old (approximately) or NOT ON THE MOVE!
To book, click CLASSES on the right-hand side of the tool bar. Scroll down to your desired class. Select the date from the calendar. Fill in your details (Name, Email and a Password) as a NEW CUSTOMER to create your booking profile. Your Health Questionnaire, which has to be completed and returned is here. Confirm the class and date you wish to book… You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and a reminder nearer the time. We have a 24hr Cancellation Policy. Notice under 24hrs will trigger a £12 fine except in exceptional circumstances.
Simply follow the same steps once you have opened your booking profile by clicking the avatar (Head icon), top right on your screen. You can book up to 6 classes if you are buying a Term of classes.

To cancel your booking with over 24hrs notice, simply click on the avatar (top right) to open your profile and EDIT your booking.

These legally required documents need to be completed, signed and returned to me prior to you attending a class. They are designed to give me as much information as possible to highlight any Red Flags or Cautionary injuries/conditions/surgeries that may mean you are unable to join the class as it is not safe to do so. As an ex nurse and midwife, I take your health and safety very seriously and encourage you to be as accurate as you can be when completing your details. The documents are embedded into the booking system for your convenience.
All the equipment for your classes is provided by Selkie Pilates.
All you require is comfy, stretchy clothes to move in, a bottle of water and a smile.
These classes are designed to be a safe and effective return to exercise for postnatal women. Babies from 6 weeks to 6 months (approximately) NOT CRAWLING are very welcome. There is lots of room in the hall for prams etc and there is a baby changing facility next to the hall.
Your baby is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY at all times. Exercises are for the Mothers Only. Your baby will not be involved or used as part of the exercises.
